〇 The carbide ttip of saw blade is very sharp, so process of using must be prevent the carbide tip.

〇 Periodical cleaning and support the machine, the spindle's running tolerance should be less than h7.

〇 Then flanges must be parallel to each other, must be of the same diameter 1/3 of the saw blade's diameter.

〇 When installation the saw blade, it should be 5-6 teeth higher than board surface.

〇 Before operation, check the firmly of sawblade, be sure nobody in front of the machine. Do not feed of operation check

whether the machine is good for operation. Periodical check the function of the machine, the certical jump is less than ±0.02mm, 

and the flap is less than ±0.01mm.

〇 After continuous use, the sawblade should be removed and clean, get rid of the resin and sawdust of the sawblade of 

both sides. Otherwise it would influence the effect of using.

〇 Storage of the sawblade: should not be folded, please put it into the original package.

〇 Renovate the carbide sawblade while it no longer sharp and horizontal piece coarseaess. The carbide tip exhaust should 

be more than 0.02mm.

〇 It should be grinding by a formal company to ensure the quality of sawblade.
